THE PROBLEM

In a saturated wholesale market with multiple competitors, Youfoodz has lost its brand identity in the on-the-go snack category. The original simplistic, cost-saving packaging helped have 100% control over variable data but was lost on in-store shelf displays.

In a saturated market, Topdeck has lost its brand identity in the youth group travel sector. Instagram travel pics are inspiring but much like Topdeck it's starting to feel artificial and superficial. That Bail swing. That canoe on a lake. That Iceland plane.

Current packaging had a reputation of being a "home brand" product and was not the fun personality often aligned with Youfoodz products. In an ever-competitive market for prominent shelf space in retailers, we found this was a major hindrance for re-ordering.
